About the job

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts aligned with overall business objectives. Manage competing stakeholder interests and priorities and build aligned solutions.
  • Conduct market research, identify target audience, and recommend event formats and locations.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans, provide technical leadership to deliver projects in line with long-term objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of event production, demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, production, publishing, and operations. Coordinate event suppliers to secure on-time/in-budget delivery. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success.
  • Analyze event data, including attendee demographics, engagement metrics, and ROI. Prepare post-event reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
