Must Have Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Detailed functionality understanding of supply chain process
- Able to conduct workshop to capture business requirements and map functionality to the system
- Functional, System Integration and User Acceptance test case development and scoring captured in appropriate testing case formats
- Process mapping, workshops, BRD/Story development and test case build and completion must be accomplished within project cost, quality and schedule specifications
- Solution Design skills and mapping business requirements in standard system solution and limit customizations to a minimum
- Help redesign business process and application to fulfil new requirements
- Analyze current business and system processes to identify areas for improvements and optimization
- Document requirements, business process flows, use cases, user stories, test cases and perform all required testing and validation including any integrations. Will include explaining interfaces/data/process to business and strategic partners (including LSPs)
- Ability to complete data mapping, application and data alignment, data auditing, reporting
- Work on any transition to a new logistics service provider or to a new application, which includes transition planning, execution and management of the plan
- Subject Matter Expertise with deep business process knowledge of Supply Chain (Central and Field Supply Chain for Equipment and Post Sales) domains
- Support the shopfloor functions ex: To stop by at warehouse shopfloor to visualize the on- Prem systems
- Provide collaboration to resolving any issues
- Daily reconciliation for orders, inventory and shipments and identifying any discrepancies and taking corrective actions as needed
- Application Configurations like setting up Customers, Purchasing sites, suppliers in Oracle as an example
- In-depth knowledge of SC processes in center and countries, logistics network, Logistics Service Providers, carriers, country specifics, customs regulations
- Able to work on projects and enhancements and change requests
- Language requirement: English and Dutch
Good-to-Have Competencies
- Functional system knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications, SAP Platforms, and other Supply Chain applications
- Supports service delivery functions and support legacy applications
- Analyzing business requirements, conducting analysis of information/ data, managing projects and supporting Supply Chain area and Core Business knowledge in Xelus
- Knowledge on Supply Chain business
Role descriptions / Expectations from the role
- 10+ year of business system analyst experience
- High proficiency with supply chain and finance process and functionalities
- Proven analytical abilities for supply chain process
- Experience in generating process documentation, mapping business requirements to system requirements, work closely with development and testing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights also should be able to communicate in Dutch language
