Our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability.You will work in the Process Department to promote innovation and develop advanced low-carbon technological solutions.About The JobUnder the responsibility of the Process Manager/Department Head, your responsibilities will include:Coordinate project process design activities from conceptual to detailed engineering phases.Manage external interfaces with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on technological aspects.Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams for project execution.Support R&D activities, including techno scouting and university research collaborations.Assist in preparing technical proposals.After initial onboarding and working on project execution, you will support Technological Lines activities.We offer not just a job but an inspiring journey in a global environment driven by innovation, creativity, and pioneering spirit.About YouWed love to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:At least 5+ years of experience in process design (simulation, PFD, equipment data sheets, P&IDs).Master''s Degree in Chemical Engineering.Professional proficiency in English.Knowledge of process design methods and tools, familiar with process simulators (ASPEN, Hysys, PROII, others).Ability to work independently and in a team.Good communication skills.Whats Next?After applying, a recruiter will perform an initial review, followed by a further review by the hiring manager, which may take a few weeks.
