Key job responsibilities We are looking for an independentand organized Senior risk manager with a solid background onproduct safety, compliance and project management to join our team.The candidate requires problem solving skills, ownership, abilityto talk internally with leadership and externally with multiplestakeholders with different profiles, and strong ability toinfluence. In this position, the candidate will: Work acrosslegal, compliance and business teams to drive programs and projectsaround product safety and compliance Work with stakeholders toidentify gaps; propose mitigating actions; manage escalations;anticipate and make trade-offs; Clearly communicate goals,responsibilities, issues and status to partners teams andstakeholders, both internally and externally. Ability toinfluence across multiple teams and organizations to drive programdeliverables and present complex information in a concise manner inwritten English Partner with multiple internal stakeholders suchas Product, Technology Owners, Legal, Public Relations and PublicPolicy and external stakeholders such as Regulatory Agencies,Customs Authorities and Law Enforcement across EU, NA and JP tosupport enforcements on identified suspected infringement ofintellectual property and other types of product abuse Runcomplex Data Analysis to provide strategy Utilize and improveexisting investigative strategies and solutions to prevent andmitigate risk; Investigate complex cases of suspectedinfringement of intellectual property and other types of productabuse (unsafe or restricted products) using high-level judgement toown complex enforcement decisions; Present investigationfindings, risk areas with data and clear suggestions to mitigatethem. We work toensure that all the products offered In Europe, across the variousAmazon business channels, are safe for our customers and compliantwith all product and food safety legal requirements. We bringtechnical expertise leveraging technology solutions to serve Amazonbusiness, suppliers and customers.
