A civil engineering background (or related field such as hydraulic or geotechnical engineering) at bachelor or master level with a strong interest in commerce. Demonstrable work experience in civil engineering and possibly commercial expertise in the civil engineering market. Experience with and knowledge of different contract forms (DB, UAV-GC, etc.). An existing network and contacts in the civil engineering world in your region. Possessing a network outside you region is a plus. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You are self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently. You are willing to travel within the region to meet relations (10% indicative) and attend events such as trade shows/congresses to explore new business opportunities; Next to Dutch, your English skills are excellent, both verbally and written.
