The role involves independently managing all commercial, organizational, and administrative activities related to sales, including customer acquisition for Hyvas product range. This position is integral to our commercial team, focusing on channel development and growth across North Italy, with the goal of increasing market share through key partners.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement sales strategies for your area, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.Secure and expand revenue within a select group of key distributors.Manage channels effectively to increase Hyvas market share within coding and marking in these distributors.Lead tracking and reporting of business KPIs across the territory.Generate leads and drive proactive sales through promotional and networking events.Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time.QualificationsBachelors degree in a technical or business field.Proficiency in English.Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the international aftermarket supplier, automotive, industrial, or agriculture distribution sectors, as an account manager or in product management.Technical background is advantageous.
