Do you have experience in the fields of Treasury, Foreign Exchange, and ALM as well as the personal qualities to guide a team of specialists? As Head of Treasury, you will be setting the next milestones and driving the changes within the Department Treasury & Foreign Exchange to meet the challenges ahead!
In practical terms?
- You will be responsible for the Treasury & Foreign Exchange team, ensuring the efficiency and profitability of business activities.
- In partnership with the bank''s other key functions, you will set up its liquidity management and interest rate risk strategy.
- You will take and lead initiatives to support the Bank''s competitive positioning and defend its interests in the markets.
- In addition to the variety of responsibilities you will be expected to carry out: refinancing and investment transactions, manage transfer prices and ensure the smooth execution of customer transactions.
- Stay up to date, you will monitor developments on the financial markets and actively maintain a Swiss-wide network.

This job is made for you if ...
- you have a higher education qualification (Masters degree or other specialised training) and solid conceptual and operational experience in Treasury, as well as a good knowledge of banking regulations;
- you also have experience in leading a team and recognised social skills.
- your background shows your expertise in interest rate and FX derivatives trading and DCM, while mastering information systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- as a rigorous and analytical person, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to maintain a professional demeanour in tense situations.
- and finally, you are equally at ease communicating in French, German, and English.
