We are looking for a Senior Flexcube Engineer to play a key role in a major banking transformation.
Youll be working on Flexcube 12.3 & 14.5, driving improvements in system efficiency, release management, and automation for a globally distributed banking platform.
This role is focused on technical rollout and automation, ensuring seamless deployments and optimized workflows.
What Youll Do:
- Lead process improvements to enhance Flexcube performance and scalability.
- Optimize and automate manual tasks using Azure DevOps Pipelines, AutomateNow (batch job scheduling), and Playwright (test automation).
- Manage controlled releases & technical rollouts, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration across databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Work as an application operations engineer, focusing on maintaining and improving banking applications.
Your Expertise:
Hard Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Flexcube engineering.
- Strong expertise in Flexcube 12.3 & 14.5, Oracle DB 19c, SQL/PLSQL, Linux.
- Experience with automation tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines, AutomateNow, and Playwright.
- Proven track record in technical rollouts and release/change management (no stakeholder management required).
