NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Grid Integration & Energy SystemsExpert (Cat. II) Qualifications and skills: - At least aBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or arelated field (minimum requirement). - Excellent knowledge of bothwritten and spoken English (minimum requirement). - Proficiency ingrid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, orsimilar) will be considered an asset. General professionalexperience: - At least 10 years of professional experience in powersystem planning, grid integration of renewable energy, and energyinfrastructure projects (minimum requirement). Specificprofessional experience: - Experience conducting grid impactassessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliancereviews, as demonstrated in at least three projects in the expertsCV (minimum requirement). - Knowledge of grid codes, transmissionplanning, and smart grid technologies will be considered an asset.- Experience working with EU power system operators and regulatorswill be considered an asset.
