The thoroughness, analytical skills, creativity and easyinter-personal relations are all assets in presenting and defendingbusiness plans, steering the activity of operating teams and alsofor managing the relation with our external partners. During thework experience, you will work with our Italian asset managementteam working on a portfolio of 33 shopping malls in Italy KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Typical related responsibilities mayinclude: - Managing the companys diverse real estate initiatives -Contribution in defining strategy in an effort to maximize top linerevenues and to ensure appropriate cost control measures areachieved - With the Asset Manager, define and execute the 5Ybusiness plan strategy for each shopping centres in his/herportfolio - Monitor and analyse all operational KPIs - Prepareoperational updates for quarterly board meetings - Supportingappraisal evaluations - Participation in property tours with teamsand third-party service providers - Support in preparation offinancial analysis for lease recommendations - Assistance duringacquisition and disposals of properties, including due diligence -Research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, tenants,etc. - Support to the Asset Manager REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Atleast 1-2 years experience in the same position - Proficiency inEnglish is a must as presentations / documents are prepared for theHQ - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint -Familiarity with financial concepts and modeling - Familiarity withaccounting principles and legal frameworks - Understanding of realestate / retail markets - Analytical skills and ability to createand run detailed financial analysis - Ability to operate acrossbusiness functionalities if and when required - Good organizationaland time management skills - Good inter-personal skills -Proactivity - Ability and desire to work in a team environment andto treat others with respect Workplace: Milan, Central Station areaReady to join our team?
