As a key member of the Executive Management Team, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, challenging the status quo, and embedding best-in-class practices across all manufacturing assets.
Your Mission
- Drive plant-specific and global improvements through proactive analysis of manufacturing performance.
- Guide and coach plant teams in Lean methodologies across all areas HSE, Quality, Maintenance and Production.
- Champion Integrated Manufacturing Processes.
- Foster internal and external best practice networks.
- Manage all capital expenditure programs proposed by the manufacturing sites.
- Lead high-impact transformation projects and significant improvement projects in asset strategy and integrity, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), quality and maintenance.
- Lead strategic manufacturing footprint optimization initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and a trusting and inclusive working environment.
Your Profile
- Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in the heavy process industry (preferably steel).
- Masters degree in a technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, especially in global matrix organizations.
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed, efficiency and productivity.
- Strong analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Inspirational communicator and confident collaborator at all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented you thrive on challenge.
- Strong team player with high emotional intelligence and a passion for capability building.
- Speaking English is mandatory, French is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently
