Job Summary:

As an Onsite Safety Advisor, you will support and guide staff on occupational health and safety topics. You will assess and reduce risks related to chemical exposure, noise, vibration, and ergonomics. You will also help ensure compliance with safety regulations and improve safety culture within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
• Monitor HSE laws and advise the company on necessary updates
• Conduct safety measurements and risk assessments
• Organise and lead HSE activities and audits
• Investigate incidents and support improvement actions
• Act as the main contact for internal and external safety stakeholders
• Provide regular reports to management and authorities

Requirements:

• HBO (Bachelors) degree
• HVK or NEBOSH certification
• Willingness to gain a qualification in Occupational Hygiene
• Basic knowledge of occupational hygiene
• Strong knowledge of Dutch health and safety laws (e.g., Working Conditions Act)
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
