About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Manager Intern (On-site) to support the expansion and management of our global supply network.

You will work full-time from our Madrid office, directly supporting the supply team in sourcing, onboarding, and activating high-quality chefs and culinary professionals. This is a hands-on internship in a high-growth startup, offering a fast-paced learning environment where your contributions will have immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding process of new chefs, from prospecting and qualification to training and activation.
• Identify and reach out to high-potential private chefs in key destinations around the world.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of supplier profiles and experiences on the platform.
• Coordinate the operational setup and content documentation for new experiences.
• Help monitor and improve funnel KPIs such as conversion rates and activation times.
• Maintain close communication with new chefs to ensure a smooth onboarding and a strong first impression of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Customer Success) to improve supplier satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Fluent in French and Spanish, English is a strong plus.
• Passion for gastronomy, travel, and digital marketplaces.
• Available to work full-time, on-site at our Madrid office.
