About the Role
As our Strategic Customer Success Manager, youll be the trusted partner for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK. You love ownership, relationships, and building smart processes and youll play a central role in scaling our CS function.
Working closely with sales, product, and implementation teams, youll help clients succeed, build loyalty, and shape a CS experience that drives impact at scale.
What Youll Do
Customer Success & Experience
- Guide clients from onboarding to long-term success
- Tailor success plans for strategic accounts
- Build structure into how we support, engage, and grow relationships
- Improve CS playbooks and processes
Community & Advocacy
- Organise roundtables, user groups, and touchpoints
- Strengthen client relationships and unlock brand ambassadors
- Share customer insights with product and marketing
Education & Enablement
- Create scalable onboarding and training content
- Improve our documentation and learning materials
- Ensure key updates and messages land with the right users
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with sales and implementation teams
- Share market feedback with product and strategy
Youll Thrive If You
- This role requires fluency in Dutch and the ability to work from our Amsterdam office 2+ days per week.
- Have 24 years in a customer-facing role (SaaS/tech/services)
- Turn complexity into clarity in both 1:1 and group settings
- Enjoy building new systems, processes, and relationships
- Are proactive, grounded, and purpose-driven
Bonus: Experience in circularity, proptech, architecture, or real estate
