For an industrial multinational company, we are seeking a Temporary HR Administrator. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes across all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. They will provide local partnership and advice to managers and employees on payroll, time & attendance, data management, and employee lifecycle documentation, working closely with the HR team. The role is based at the Vignate plant, with travel to other Italian sites.General Responsibilities:Deliver HR services to Italian plants, ensuring a positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence.Manage attendance and absence data, ensuring accuracy and proper transfer to payroll, guiding local HR team members.Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers, enhancing the use of HR tools and platforms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Prepare personnel reports and statistics.Monitor project initiatives and coordinate with involved stakeholders.Coordinate the adoption of HR solutions in collaboration with relevant structures.Ensure proper governance of HR application systems.Supervise personnel administration activities with external consultants.Produce and monitor monthly KPI reports.Maintain personnel data in SuccessFactors.Support annual compensation review cycles.Ensure employment contracts and employee documentation comply with regulations.WorkplaceLocation: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy.Your ProfileEducation: Degree in human resources, economics, law, or equivalent experience.Experience: 3-8 years of progressive HR admin experience; knowledge of Italian laws and industrial collective bargaining agreements; manufacturing environment experience preferred; experience with multiple legal entities and union agreements; familiarity with HR tools and deployment of corporate HR systems.Skills and Abilities: Strong stakeholder communication, decision-making, problem-solving, initiative, planning, and organization skills.What We Offer6-month full-time contractInternational, dynamic work environmentSmart working policy and flexible hoursEquity grant programInternal canteenLinkedIn Learning access#J-18808-Ljbffr
