Our first Orient Express Hotel La Minervais committed to providing an exceptional guest experience, boastingunparalleled elegance, world-class amenities and impeccableservice. Our Commis de Rang are a crucial member of the Food &Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality andservice to our guests. The Commis de Rang will assist the F&BTeam (F&B Director, Assistant F&B Director, RestaurantManagers, Chef de Rang) to provide an outstanding breakfast, lunchand dinner experience in compliance with HACCP and the Hotelstandards of excellence for the warmest welcome and guestcentricity. Key Responsibilities Ensure a timely, accurate andhigh-quality clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs,linens, china, glass and silver flatware in an unobtrusive way tohave all prepared for the service to guests, Take care ofchecking and refilling condiment containers according to HACCP andthe Hotel standards and regulations, Support, when needed orerequested, delivery of small items e.g., soups or beverages, Ensure a timely, accurate and high-quality clearing, cleaning andlaying of buffets, Participate in providing a best-in-classservice to guests by welcoming them, providing water, beverages,bread and butter service, following their requests and the Hotelexcellence standards, Be always ready to gather all guest needsand to timely fulfill all their requests, Ensure a synergicalcollaboration with the Chef de Rang, guaranteeing that the fooddeliveries from kitchen to the guests match all the Hotelexcellence standards. Qualifications Hotel School diploma withhigh grade, Minimum 2-years experience preferably at ahigh-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same role, Flexibility andopenness to cooperate with the other Restaurant lines whennecessary and required, Guest centricity, constant high attentionto details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, skills are amust, Punctuality, great attention to details, flexibility, highteam working, Flexibility to work on several shifts, weekends andholidays, Italian and English good confidence are mandatory, -Constant top-level grooming, - Constant compliance with HACCP,Hotels hygiene standards, procedures and code of conduct, Ability to work efficiently also under pressure, Legal right towork in Italy.
