About the Role:London Strategy is hiring a seasoned
SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Expert
to lead and support a large-scale compliance implementation project spanning
Europe and Brazil . This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring deep SAP experience, regulatory knowledge, and an understanding of international reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of
SAP DRC solutions
across multiple legal entities in
Brazil and the EUAnalyze local compliance requirements (e.g., e-invoicing, SAF-T, VAT reporting) and translate them into system functionalitiesPartner with tax, finance, and IT teams to ensure DRC solutions meet statutory and operational requirementsCustomize and extend DRC functionality to support client-specific business processesConduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training to ensure a smooth go-liveCollaborate with SAP Basis, security, and integration teams to enable seamless data flow and ensure security complianceMonitor project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and manage issue resolution in coordination with the project managerStay updated on evolving tax compliance regulations (especially
Brazilian and EU mandates ) and advise clients accordinglySupport post-implementation activities including hypercare, optimizations, and reporting enhancementsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants or client-side resources as needed
Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of total SAP experience , with
45 full-cycle DRC or eDocument projects
completedProven track record implementing SAP DRC (including eDocuments, SAF-T, SII, or Nota Fiscal) in
Brazil and/or EU countriesStrong knowledge of
Brazilian tax legislation, NF-e, SPED, and local fiscal obligationsDeep functional understanding of
SAP FI/CO , with the ability to collaborate across modules (SD/MM/TM)Experience working in
highly regulated industries
or with multinational clients is a plusStrong configuration and documentation skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingExperience with
SAP S/4HANA
or system migrations is a strong advantageBachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldFluent in English; Portuguese is highly desirable for Brazil-based candidatesBased in
Europe or Brazil , with availability for
occasional travel
