For our international Client, leader in Supply Chain Industry, we are looking for a Site Manager based between Lombardia and Emilia Romagna, reporting directly to Senior Manager, who will have the following responsibilities:Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer''s needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;Manage the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.Monitor the operation''s span of control and build a strategy;Discuss and approve improvement actions that involve customer requirements and SLA''s, additional resources and financial investments with the operations managers;Promote the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program with operations managers and their teams;Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;Management of providers of the site''s general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.What we need from you:At least 8 years of experience in International Retail/Manufacturing or Logistics Industry in a similar role;Several years of experience in a direct management team;Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below;Capability of defining and deploying strategic plans for the site;Strong analytical skills.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSupply ChainIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-18808-Ljbffr
