This exciting position will provide direct support to the European sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you should have an understanding of pre-sales processes and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. Youll be joining a highly motivated, dedicated and friendly team with a long-term perspective. Deliver excellent service to various customers from different market applications (LED architectural lighting, LED signage lighting) via close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain solid customer relationships. Provide support to the Sales team (e.g., Engage with other functions to ensure best-in-class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) Proactively participate in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines. Associates Degree in Business or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service or Sales Operations experience Inside Sales and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software Must speak French and/or German
