responsibilities :

Lead global projects for packaging and labeling data migration and system integration (e.g., SAP, LDP).
Analyze existing SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and maintain ERP systems to support evolving business needs.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scopes are met through effective project management.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and promote best practices across teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.

requirements-expected :

3+ years of experience in managing global projects, ideally in packaging or labeling domains.
2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) including configuration and support.
Strong analytical skills with experience in business process and data analysis.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a proactive and resilient mindset.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools, ERP platforms, and databases
Demonstrated ability to drive change and optimize standards across global operations.
