Oversee the clinic''s performance within your area of responsibility.
Lead a team of professionals, including doctors, hygienists, and sales associates.
Communicate the companys vision, motivate teams, and ensure outstanding team performance.
Take responsibility for the clinic''s budget and achievements, track conversion rates, develop improvement plans, and implement them.
Organize clinic teams, including sales, nurses, hygienists, and doctors; Participate in hiring, training, feedback sessions, and contract terminations.
Contribute to marketing activities, host influencers, and participate in photo sessions, which may include creating social media content.
Maintain clinics at 100% aesthetic standards and achieve the highest NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Travel to Utrecht clinic 1-2 days per week
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
