We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation.
Your role
- Analyse business requirements to develop functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system design options
- Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and gather feedback
- Provide guidance and support to business units during system implementation and training
- Work with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that systems meet functional requirements
- Develop and maintain test scripts to validate system functionality
- Monitor system performance and provide feedback on system effectiveness
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
Your profile
- Bachelor''s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Proficiency with UML, user stories and technical writing
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
