As a Project FinanceAnalyst/Associate within our Structured Finance team, you will havethe chance to experience and manage complex transactions gainingexposure and knowledge by: - Engaging in the origination,structuring and execution of Structured Finance transactions(focused on Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors); -Developing financial models, analyzing business plans and duediligence aimed at preparing credit applications; - Providingsupport in the internal credit processes, coordinating withstakeholders and be preparing the documentation for internalbusiness & credit approvals; - Analysing and negotiating ofNDAs, term sheets, financial agreements etc Requirements - 1-3years of relevant work experience in structured finance orfinancial advisory. Practice in Project finance and Real Estatetransactions will be considered as a plus; - Master degree withexcellent academic records; - Fluency in English; - Full-timeavailability; - Learning agility, outstanding team working andcommunication skills, analytical mindset; - Proficiency infinancial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flowstatement) and financial modelling; - Acquainted with MS Word,PowerPoint and Excel
