Types of Courses

• "Commis de Cuisine in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship)
• "Commis de salle in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship)
• "Housekeeping in luxury hotels" (duration 400 hours between classroom and internship)

The courses are completely free and will start approximately from the end of February 2025 to May 2025, depending on the course, and include board and lodging for the entire duration of the training activity.

The classroom courses will take place in the splendid location of Rapallo (GE).

Requirements

• Unemployed individuals, aged between 18 and 30 years
• Have completed compulsory education, with priority given to those with a relevant degree and/or previous experience
• Knowledge of English and a second foreign language
• Motivation
• Communication and relational skills
• Reliability
• Autonomy
• Result orientation/passion
• Availability, if required, to transfer to one of the Belmond Group''s Italian structures in Italy, Spain, and Portugal

At the end of the training courses, a minimum of 60%, depending on the project type, of the students who pass the final exams will be hired through fixed-term employment contracts, for a minimum contractual duration of 6 months.
