Job Description We are seeking experienced Senior Account Managers to lead key account strategies, drive project success, and cultivate long-term partnerships in the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on direct engagement with key decision-makers and requires strategic vision, strong project leadership, and deep market insight. Education Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent; engineering or science background strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry , ideally in direct sales to operators or telecom infrastructure. Technical Professional Skills: Solid understanding of telecommunications solutions, services, and sales cycles. Proven success in project operations, contract negotiation, and transaction management. Skilled in sales process execution, project delivery, and operational performance. Able to build and sustain long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers (KR) and operational representatives (OR); develop customer relationship plans to enhance market presence. Lead or support as PD/core member on key projects, driving project operations and winning high-value contracts. Analyze customer strategies to uncover strategic collaboration opportunities and implement actionable strategic plans. Identify customer pain points in business, network, and service areas; influence requirements and provide tailored solutions.
