Business Development Manager/Sr. ManagerRENOGYappcast.ioLocation: RemotePosition Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in the working van and mobile professional vehicle segment across Europe. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of off-grid solar and energy storage systems, with a proven track record in B2B business development within vehicle conversion, mobile workspaces, or professional fleet sectors. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, developing local market strategies, and promoting mobile power solutions throughout the region.Key Responsibilities:Develop business opportunities within the working van/mobile workstation segment across Europe.Establish and maintain relationships with B2B clients such as vehicle converters, fleet operators, OEMs, and system integrators.Promote and sell off-grid solar and energy storage solutions, including solar panels, batteries, inverters, MPPT charge controllers, and integrated power systems.Create and implement regional go-to-market strategies tailored to customer needs and market conditions.Conduct market research on customer demands, competitors, pricing, and regulations.Manage the entire business development process from lead generation to negotiation and closing.Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to optimize product-market fit and customer experience.Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and strategic meetings across Europe.Build and maintain a sales pipeline; report on key metrics and market insights to leadership.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years'' experience in B2B business development or technical sales in industries such as vehicle conversion, off-grid solar, automotive aftermarket, or professional fleet products.Solid understanding of off-grid solar technology, including PV modules, lithium batteries, inverters, and hybrid power setups.Proven ability to develop new markets and grow revenue independently.Existing network in vehicle conversion or mobile power sectors is a plus.Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Dutch is highly preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel 30-50% across Europe.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related fields.Experience in multinational companies or high-growth startups.Passion for clean energy, sustainable mobility, and innovative mobile applications.What We Offer:A strategic role shaping the future of mobile clean energy solutions in Europe.Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Flexible remote work and international collaboration opportunities.A dynamic, mission-driven culture within a global cleantech company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
