Were currently looking for a Technical Project Consultant to support and oversee transversal projects across different plants in Turin , for a major player in the automotive industry.Mission Overview:Manage and monitor several cross-functional projects (involving different vehicle & production lines)Work closely with various teams: Quality, Production, Safety, etc.Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiativesHelp identify and improve cost-related factors (labor costs, operational inefficiencies, etc.)Consolidate and challenge teams to extract key data and actionable insightsStructure reporting and present progress clearly and effectivelyProfile Were Looking For:3 to 5 years of experience in project or operations managementBackground in automotive or complex production environments (a plus, not mandatory)Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (core tools for reporting and tracking)Fluent in English (working with diverse teams across sites)Strong communication and leadership skills ability to challenge teams constructivelyEnergetic, hands-on, and pragmatic mindsetLocation: On-site in TurinStart Date: ASAP
