At Banco Santander, we are promoting the development of a project within the SCIB area, aimed at designing and developing a technological solution for the comprehensive management of securitisation.
As a Product Owner, you will work on designing and defining the expected solution that best suits the business needs, defining and prioritising the product strategy, and aligning the different squads that make up the team.
What we expect from the candidate:
- More than 5 years experience as a Product Owner.
- At least 3 years experience managing, coordinating and organising the work of a team with different profiles (senior/junior) and nationalities.
- Solid knowledge of securitisation, its life cycle and impacts (both synthetic and traditional).
- General knowledge of other types of mobilisation products (CDS, insurance, CLOs, etc.).
- Knowledge of banking financial products (loans, syndicated loans, RPPs, performance guarantees, credit lines, etc.).
- High-level vision of IT and how it should be reconciled with the business.
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and use of JIRA
- Ability to communicate with both IT and business teams
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, critical thinking, teamwork and attention to detail.
Additional experience which we would appreciate a lot:
- Strong analytical thinking and experience in handling and exploiting large and complex data models.
- Knowledge and experience in testing & QA life cycle.
