SNOTbv is seeking a full-time Junior Creative Production Assistant to join our team in Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with little to no prior work experience, though candidates with more experience are also welcome to apply.
Were looking for a talented and resourceful individual with a strong sense of craftsmanship, an eye for detail, and solid organisational skills. An interest in art, installations, and photography is essential.
As part of our creative team, youll contribute to the development of installations and objects that promote our perfume brands, both on-site and in digital formats. Youll be involved in the entire creative process, from concept development and prototyping to sketching, execution, and digital archiving.
This is a hands-on role based in our atelier, involving the use of various tools and materials. Youll also be responsible for packing and shipping items with care, managing our archive of decorative materials, and ensuring proper installation at locations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Roll up your sleeves to build and create prototypes, unique designs, and installations.
Visualize and communicate new designs and concepts to stakeholders.
Ensure the proper installation of displays and materials at various locations worldwide.
Ship and track promotional or decoration materials.
Archive and digitise the work for presentations and social media.
Create digital and printed presentations.
Assist in maintaining and organising the atelier and workspaces.
Collaborate with the creative team on developing new concepts and participating in brainstorming sessions.
Be flexible in performing other tasks necessary to keep the creative office running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus.
Confidence in using tools in our workshop/atelier.
Basic computer skills, we work with Apple.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a plus but not required. However, you must be willing to become more familiar with these programs.
Any experience with 3D rendering and modelling are a plus but not a must.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and strong time management and prioritisation skills.
