4+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning and Data Engineering
~ Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
~ Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines specifically for Machine Learning workflows (e.g., model training, deployment automation, monitoring)
~ Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) for ML model development and pipeline automation
~ Experience with data handling and feature engineering using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark
Strong technical skills: as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are expected to be able to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.
Clear and effective communication in English advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Strong self-organizational skills ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
Adaptability and Flexibility the ability to onboard the project promptly after accepting it and start delivering results quickly.
