The Hotel Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and foster the training, development, and motivation of the team.
- Manage and supervise the organization of personnel, ensuring efficient operation.
- Exhibit participatory leadership to maintain a positive work environment and set a good example.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, managing complaints effectively when necessary.
- Expand the customer base and explore new commercial development channels while managing online reputation and feedback.
- Oversee budget preparation, credit management, and cost optimization while maintaining quality and a positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Hotel Management.
- Academic background: Diploma/Degree in Tourism.
- Highly valued qualifications: Master''s in Hospitality Management or MBA.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
