We are looking for 2 Business Analyst with different seniority and experience levels to join our team and support one of our key clientsa multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.
&##Collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups and JIRA activities, documenting actions and decisions.
Assist with test planning, UAT and smoke testing to validate business needs.
Track, report and manage testing defects to closure.
Produce clear documentation and training materials.
Ensure compliance with data, financial and regulatory requirements such as e-invoicing or GDPR.
From 3 to 10 years years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Fluent in English (B2+).
Understanding of data mapping and technical analysis.
Intermediate Spanish or other languages (Italian, German).
JIRA familiarity and technical data querying skills.
