responsibilities :

• support in providing access to the system for users
• cooperation with external and internal customers in response for current needs
• entering data into the system and monitoring received requests
• cooperation with colleagues from the team and support in their daily tasks
• taking care of internally used application supporting banking activities
• maintenance of other locally used applications

requirements-expected :

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of at least one other foreign language at B2 level (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Slovenian, Danish)
• Ability to think analytically
• Readiness to take up the action and demonstrate perseverance during the implementation of tasks
