About the Role:

Karl Storz Iberia, is currently searching for a HR Trainee, based in Madrid. Focus on support in the development and implementation of activities such as compensation and benefits; training, recruitment and selection; labour relations and HR planning-administration-organization that are part of the function.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the design, development and implementation of policies, frameworks, services and/or tools in one or more of the HR areas.
• Personnel administration - You will be required to coordinate personnel administration in close collaboration with our HR Team and to propose innovative and effective solutions to improve our HR processes.
• Compensation & Benefits - You will support various projects related to the compensation and Benefits system.
• Support recruitment and training processes with the Talent partner.
• Be part of the different projects that the HR department launches in the Company.
• Other administrative support upon need and requirements (e.g. assisting the HR team in document and file management).

Qualifications:

Not required, but previous experience in similar work is an appreciated asset.

Knowledge:

University education in Law, Labour Relations and HR or Psychology.

Master''s Degree in Human Resources Management.

Microsoft Office ( Excel & Power Point)

Languages:

English: Fluent

Spanish: Native / Bilingual
