We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for our "Wholesale" team!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Launching and setting up the new Wholesale Portal teams
- Supporting the development of Agile thinking at all levels of the organization
- Facilitating SAFe ceremonies of the Wholesale teams
- Assisting Wholesale teams in implementing production efficiency metrics
- Assist product owners in backlog management practices
- Remove obstacles for the development team at the organizational level
- Support the Scrum team in process management through metric analysis (ebm, velocity, capacity, etc.)
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in launching product teams from scratch
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro tools
- Proficient knowledge of Scrum, SAFe (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, Lean-Kanban University certification is a plus)
- Ability to apply process and product practices (Customer Journey Map, User Story Mapping, Lean Business Canvas, Impact Mapping, Value Stream Mapping)
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- B2 English level or higher
- Flexibility to understand needs of scrum team and provide support for it
- Ability to identify risks on timely maner and assist in their management
NICE TO HAVE:
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (basic understanding of engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, etc. is desirable)
- German Language
