Working in the Sales department, you will prospect on the phone, send commercial offers and managing client relationships. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote our products and services. Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Take orders and ensure effective follow-up. Retain existing customers by providing excellent service. Previous experience in telesales or customer service. Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
