The opportunity We are looking for a driven anddetail-oriented Controller to strengthen our finance team in Rome.In this role, youll ensure accurate financial reporting, deliverinsightful analysis, and contribute to TCRs operational andstrategic decision-making. A snapshot of what you will be doing here- Financial reporting and analysis: - Support in preparing monthlyincome statements, balance sheets, and financial reports - Analysevariances between actual results and budget/forecast - Supportannual budgeting and forecasting processes - Controlling andprocess improvement: - Ensure cost control and process efficiencyacross departments - Support in maintaining strong internalcontrols and support audit requirements - Business partnering anddecision support: - Prepare reporting insights to supportmanagement in strategic decisions - Collaborate cross-functionallywith local and international teams - Liaise with external auditorsand accountants when required We are looking for an individualwho: - Holds a bachelors or masters degree in economics, finance,or a related field - Has 34 years of experience in accounting,controlling, or auditing - Is highly proficient in Excel and hasworking knowledge of Power BI - Demonstrates strong analytical andorganizational skills - Possesses excellent written and spokenEnglish - Communicates effectively and is confident working withinternational teams - Works independently, is proactive, andsolution-oriented - Manages deadlines effectively and brings ahands-on mentality - Has previous experience in multinationalenvironments (a plus) We think you will love working with usBecome part of the TCR success story!
