Responsibilities What Youll Do
- Dive Deep into Talent Markets: Become an expert in key talent market dynamics. You''ll analyze emerging skills, workforce demographics, competitive intelligence (talent movements, profiles hired, etc.), best practices in talent acquisition, and talent flow analytics to predict future trends.
- Forecast Talent Needs: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including predictive modeling, to understand talent market dynamics and forecast future talent needs. This includes forecasting talent availability, assessing the impact of economic trends, and contributing to location strategies analysis.
- Lead Benchmarking Initiatives: Conduct benchmarking studies to assess PepsiCo''s talent acquisition programs and strategic roadmap against industry best practices and competitors, identifying areas for improvement.
- Master Data & Tools: Utilize advanced analytics tools, market intelligence platforms (e.g., Draup, LinkedIn Insights), and databases to collect, analyze, and synthesize talent-related data. You''ll also maintain data integrity and ensure the reliability of information sources.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Create comprehensive intelligence reports that translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert: Be a recognized expert on labor markets, industry trends, and research methodologies, providing valuable insights to the Global TA Leadership.
- Build & Maintain a Talent Intelligence Database: Create and manage a comprehensive database of talent market data and insights for easy access and strategic decision-making.
- Support Strategic Programs ROI: Support evaluations of the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs, ensuring that investments deliver results.
- Partner with TA Strategy Leads: Collaborate with TA Strategy Leads on assigned projects, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Support TA Program Design: Partner with the Global TA Programs Design team to inform the development of innovative and data-driven talent acquisition programs.
- Contribute to "Case for Change" Proposals: Develop compelling "case for change" proposals to support the adoption of new TA strategies and programs.
- Prepare Presentations & Reports: Create presentations and reports to effectively communicate research findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
