Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment when field product support teams are unable to resolve them.Assist field engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging sophisticated optical, electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software solutions.Work on challenging problems requiring in-depth system knowledge and understanding of operating principles.Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for achieving results.Collaborate with specialists and other teams to develop an optimized plan of action to resolve technical issues and restore equipment functionality to customer satisfaction.Travel regionally and worldwide to support escalated issues on-site on short notice.Create documentation related to troubleshooting processes, technical findings, and provide service and postmortem reports.Participate in tool installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment.Provide technical training.Minimum QualificationsMaster''s Degree, Bachelor''s Degree, or at least 1 year of relevant work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
