Job Mission
As a Main Delivery Owner, you are responsible for managing and driving the industrialization process within the design and engineering organization to ensure that new EUV products meet and exceed performance standards in availability, serviceability, and manufacturability.
This position focuses on system-level activities for next-generation EUV platforms. Your key stakeholders will include Manufacturing, Customer Support, Functional Clusters, and the Project Management Office.
Job Description
The MDO role is comparable to that of a junior project lead. Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving industrialization for the next-generation EUV platform (EXE) to support high-volume manufacturing by managing SMS (System Maturity Status).
- Ensuring service readiness by managing Service Action Readiness status.
- Reporting and driving performance metricssuch as availability, diagnostics, and MTBFin line with PGP processes and specific project needs.
- Influencing a wide network across program teams and functional clusters to align and meet industrialization targets.
- Managing stakeholders across global RD locations and internal departments such as factory operations and customer support.
- Interfacing with both line and program-level stakeholders across multiple sectors (Design Engineering, System Engineering, Factory, and Customer Support) to keep project managers, system engineers, and architects well-informed.
- Reporting directly to the EXE Availability Group Lead.
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical discipline such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or Data Analysis.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary technical environment.
- Exposure to a wide technical scope (including software, mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure).
- Experience with EUV systems is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in project and stakeholder management is preferred.
- Experience in service-related activities (availability, diagnostics, and reliability) is a strong advantage.
