You will contribute to the development of valuable propositions that meet our customers requirements, leading to successful outcomes.You will have the opportunity to work on large and medium-sized bids and proposals throughout our Space business, collaborating with Operational Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Bid Directors, Bid Managers, and other resources, including third-party organizations such as supply chain partners or specialist suppliers.At Serco, we offer more than a career; we offer the chance to join a community where everyones wellbeing matters, by living out the Serco values in all we do!Please note: This role can be based in France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, or the UK (Remote / Hybrid depending on location).Main ResponsibilitiesSupporting bid teams in producing winning responses;Owning the creation of storyboards and supporting SMEs in completing and adhering to them throughout bid development;Collaborating with technical and commercial colleagues to extract and interpret technical/financial information;Creating high-quality, accurate, and concise responses;Working with graphic designers to produce visually engaging documents;Incorporating win themes, USPs, case studies, etc., to maximize scoring against evaluation criteria;Conducting research to supplement bid responses;Supporting governance meetings with data collation and presentation;Assisting Bid Managers and teams with ad hoc tasks;Leading writing activities daily and supporting junior colleagues and SMEs.Successful CandidateAbility to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines;Quickly grasp and interpret complex information with creative thinking;Methodical, organized, with excellent attention to detail;Experience creating templates and editing documents;Proficient with MS Office and relevant tools (Adobe, etc.);Excellent English; proficiency in French, Dutch, or German is a plus.Technical SkillsUnderstanding of ICT technologies and solutions;Experience in the Space domain is advantageous;MSc or equivalent in a relevant technical or scientific discipline is preferred.Personality TraitsEffective self-management with experience in complex, demanding environments;Methodical, proactive, with initiative and autonomy;Problem-solving and creative attitude;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.RelocationRome''s central location in Italy offers excellent transportation links.
