In this role, youll be responsible for designing and executing scalable enablement programs that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at their best.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in startup or growth-stage environments and has built enablement programs from scratch in SaaS or B2B tech. Youll partner closely with GTM leaders and bring enablement strategy to life through thoughtful, data-driven execution.


What Youll Do



What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days:

Structure the existing sales funnel and reporting while gaining a deep understanding of the GTM strategy, team setup, and enablement gaps, to deliver a focused roadmap for onboarding, training, and content.

First Year:

Drive measurable improvements in GTM performance, implement funnel management tools in the French business, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the revenue organization.
