Your Mission
Acting as the founders primary thoughtpartner and execution arm, you will:
Quickly triage inbound demands, transform chaos into structured plans, and make sure nothing missioncritical slips through the cracks
Standup new workstreams (e.g., hiring engine, supplychain ops, facility moves) from zero to stable, then hand them over to domain experts once repeatability is proven.
Create leverage across the company by applying best practices, aligning teams, and accelerating decision velocity.
This role is ideal for a builderoperator who thrives on making order out of ambiguity and who measures success in multiplied impact rather than personal spotlight.
What Youll Be Driving
I. Founders Leverage Strategic Projects
Serve as gatekeeper, prioritiser and sounding board.
Translate loosely defined ideas into structured, timeboxed projects with clear owners and success metrics.
Prepare board materials, investor updates and strategic narratives that reflect realtime progress.
II. Hiring Talent Operations
Design and run a fast, datadriven hiring funnel for engineering, supplychain, manufacturing and business teams.
Implement onboarding playbooks that compress rampup time and embed cultural values from day one.
III. Supply Chain Operational Excellence
Stand up the initial supplychain functions: source suppliers, negotiate terms, and define quality KPIs.
Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks, factory layout, inventory turns, shipping lead times, and drive crossfunctional fixes.
Capture learnings, then transition steadystate ownership to a dedicated team.
IV. Culture Systems
Codify rituals that reinforce ownership, urgency and humility.
Build lightweight knowledgemanagement and docops so information travels faster than people do.
Model rollupyoursleeves leadership, no task beneath you, no process above redesign.

35 years in operator / builder roles (founders office, highgrowth ops, consultingturnedstartupoperator, VC platform, etc.).
Track record of bootstrapping functions from scratch
Systems thinker with bias to action
Fluent across altitude levels
Strong analytical communication skills

Extra credit for experience in robotics, manufacturing, hardware supply chains, or deeptech startups.
