The IT SAP P2P Project Manager is a comprehensive professional role requiring both configuration and development experience. The role involves leading digital transformation initiatives within MSC Cruises, reporting to the IT SAP P2P Development Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end solution development (blueprint, configuration, and development) for Procure to Pay, coordinating with system integrators, and collaborating with business departments. The role also entails defining IT testing, Cutover, and Hypercare processes. It is a governance role during project phases and involves hands-on activities for ongoing operations.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the end-to-end Procure to Pay IT SAP application development from Build to Hypercare;Review Procure to Pay processes and Business Blueprints with involved departments;Drive IT Integration build on process flows in coordination with legacy application owners;Coordinate security roles and authorizations design and implementation;Participate actively in overall release management;Support IT testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities;Coordinate System Integrators to ensure global template design and implementation;Business ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve SAP P2P solution for stability and performance;Participate in building a Run development center aligned with IT standards;Establish governance across Procure to Pay platforms (SAP and non-SAP);Ensure coherence in release management, patches, and upgrades;Perform root cause analysis and optimize technical performance;Implement and enhance testing procedures, including automation;Maintain IT integration stability and application governance;Ensure technical alignment across platforms and S4/HANA modules (MM, RR, FI, CO);Serve as IT SAP Subject Matter Expert for other application owners;QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English;Master''s or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;7+ years of SAP MM experience;Extensive SAP S/4HANA experience, including configuration and development in SAP MM;Proven leadership in large-scale, high-risk S/4HANA projects, with at least two end-to-end implementations; experience with greenfield implementations is a plus;Programming skills in at least one language (e.g., ABAP, JAVA);Strong expertise in Fiori applications setup and deployment, including custom apps;Experience managing resources and working with distributed teams, including nearshore and offshore;Experience managing integrations with other applications and modules.Please note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
