- Manage customer relationships (i.e. welcoming,registration, facility tour, customer satisfaction, etc.). - Assistwith set-up, cleaning, preventative maintenance of the studio. -Actively participate in the sales process - Ensure the technicalfunctioning of the studio (i.e. lighting, showers, internet,heating, etc.) and safety of customers and staff. - Be responsiblefor the selling of goodies (e.g. t-shirts) and snacks (e.g.smoothies) - Become an ambassador of GOBOX by building a community,promoting positively in your surroundings and maintainingmotivation and connections between members to achieve thecommercial objectives set by management. - Suggest new ideas ofclasses and activities to management to grow membership. -Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required(experience in a fitness club or similar is a plus). - LanguageSkills: Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of French andDutch being a strong advantage. - Skills & Attributes:Problem-solving mindset, punctuality, professionalism, creativity,and the ability to think outside the box. Candidates should beopen-minded, friendly, and outgoing, with a good sense of humor anda positive, can-do attitude. - Requirements: Must live in Brusselsand have a valid Student@Work profile. - Work Authorization:Applicants must be authorized to work in Belgium. Min. 3 hours perweek with fixed or flexible hours: 1. Weekday morning (7h to 10h)2. Weekday lunch (11h30 to 14h30) 3. Weekday evening (16h30 to21h30) 4. Weekend morning (9h30 to 13h30) 5.
