IAM Migration Engineer:
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced IAM Migration Engineer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.
Its paying well and my client can interview asap!
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in IAM, IT infrastructure, or cloud migration roles.
- Strong experience with:
- Active Directory (user and group management, querying)
- Azure / Entra ID
- IBM ISIM
- ServiceNow
- Azure PIM and/or CyberArk PAM
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
- Skilled in documentation, technical runbook/playbook creation.
- Deep understanding of IAM systems, role-based access control, and system integrations.
Data Gathering & Analysis
- Collect and correlate data from systems including Active Directory (AD), Entra, Azure, IBM ISIM, and ServiceNow.
- Map connected systems, identify orphaned accounts, and prepare detailed migration plans.
- Assess system compatibility, risks, and provisioning impacts.
Migration Planning & Execution
- Create migration playbooks for VMs, middleware, databases, and service accounts.
- Define post-migration role management and access control guidelines.
- Align with application/system owners and technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
Automation & Support
- Leverage PowerShell and automation tools to streamline migration and provisioning.
- Provide hands-on support throughout the implementation phase.
- Ensure operational efficiency and minimize manual interventions through scripting and tooling.
