To support their continued growth, theyre looking for a curious and analytical Software Asset Management Consultant/Expert someone who thrives on exploring IT environments and advising clients throughout the IT asset and contract lifecycle.
What you will do?
As a SAM Consultant, youll become a trusted advisor to the clients throughout the entire IT asset lifecycle from vendor selection and contract negotiations to budgeting, compliance, and decommissioning. Youll help them make decisions by turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Map and analyze clients software landscape (Excel & licensing tools)
- Read and interpret contracts and license agreements
- Create reports that spark action not confusion
- Stay on top of trends and guide clients through change
- Design and implement smart IT processes that improve efficiency and transparency
- Follow up on outstanding questions and move projects forward
- Work closely with a driven, tight-knit team and with your clients
Do you recognize yourself here?
- 1-5 years experience in IT support, procurement, licensing, or vendor management
- Familiarity with licensing, software requests or asset databases
- You love helping people and you''re a great listener and communicator
- Analytical thinker with a curious mind: Why? is your favorite question
- Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable reading and summarizing complex contracts.
- Youre structured, proactive, and can manage your work independently
- Fluent in Dutch or English (written and spoken)
