About the Role The EMEA Sales Excellence role isresponsible for developing and executing strategies to streamlineprocesses and enhance cross-functional collaboration across theregion. Key responsibilities include driving strategic initiativesto optimize sales performance, improve operational efficiency, andpromote a culture of continuous improvement within the salesorganization. The role also involves designing and overseeingintegration processes within the EMEA region, in closecollaboration with the Head of EMEA. In addition, responsibilitiesinclude analyzing local commercial markets and businessdynamicsusing key metrics such as sales performance andprofitability by country and productand recommending actions toboost both sales and profitability. All initiatives and plans aredeveloped in alignment with the companys strategic vision,particularly during the Long Range Planning and Budgeting sessions.About Bracco Bracco is an international Group active in thehealthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. Key Responsibilities - Providestrategic leadership in defining and executing the vision for salesexcellence and continuous improvement. - Oversee the EMEA Region onbusiness integration analyzing the current commercial set up andimplementing the new one to enhance sales effectiveness andoperational efficiency - Develop and implement a comprehensivesales excellence framework to drive consistency and best practicesacross the organization. - Lead cross-functional teams to identifyopportunities for enhancing sales processes, methodologies, andtools. - Collaborate on the definition and implementation ofCommercial EMEA strategy, ensuring consistency with the overallPlatforms, assessing the gaps vs the needed and adequate resourcesand capabilities. - Partner with Finance to define sales budgets,forecasts, and long-term plans aligned with corporate objectivesand guidelines. - Simplify Operating Mechanism between HQ and theRegions. - Enhance and create strategic partnerships withcustomers, suppliers, KOL and institutions, focused on increasingquality of business and reducing costs. - Collaborate with thelocal supply chain process and with GP&SC Function. What WereLooking For - Academic degree with a strong economic or businessbackground, preferably from an international environment. - Aminimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial context on aninternational basis, in pharmaceutical/medical devices industries.- Strong economic background, ability to understand differentmarkets dynamic and financial analysis. - Strong interpersonal,communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship buildingabilities. - Flexible mindset, ability to drive change and optimizethe organization for ambitious business developments with a highlevel of personal energy. - Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.If you meet the requirements of this unique opportunity, and youwould like to join in an international environment working forbetter patients life, we encourage you to apply now.
