Understand Client Policies and Guidelines Report daily metrics. The person in this position has to maintain a positive working relationship between the internal customers and the requestors. Handle customer service queries internally. Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions. Entry Level, no operations experience required.Education, related to accounting, finances, business administration.Basic internet skill Basic Excel skills are preferred.English level 70, both written and verbal.Be a good team player with a positive attitude and collaboration skills.Flexible to work per the business need.Strong customer service orientation.
