Your role is to make your colleagues work more enjoyable, efficient, and effective by helping them fully utilize new digital opportunities. Analysis of each department''s processes (acceptance, mid-office, operations, sales and special management) with the aim of identifying opportunities for further digitisation
Direct implementation of accessible improvements, for example through standardisation and the use of software that is already in use, such as Microsoft 365
Creating a design and business case for further improvements based on software that is already in use
Creating a design and business case for further improvements based on our own data and reporting platform (Azure-SQL-Python-Tableau)
Creating a design and business case for further improvements based on new (off-the-shelf) software
Training colleagues in the better use of software and AI tools through on-the-job coaching and (group) training
Monitoring new developments in the field of AI and digitisation and helping to determine our digital strategy
A bachelors or masters degree level of thinking, with proven experience and passion for digitalization, AI implementation, and process optimization
Affinity with the mortgage or financial sector is a plus but not a requirement
